• CLASSICAL OPERA SINGING

Every person, even far from music, can easily distinguish whether the performer sings in an classical or pop style.  The classical sound is more sonorous, clear, homogeneous and rounded.  However, sometimes, while enjoying the beauty of the sound, it is very difficult to understand the text of the composition.  To do this, each person goes to study classical or operatic vocals, since it is simply impossible to achieve heights in this art without a teacher.

 Academic singing presupposes, first of all, a fixed vocal position.  This applies to the position of the larynx and soft palate, as well as the feeling of your voice in the “mask” zone.  That is, the voice of the performer must resonate in his head.

 During academic singing, the muscles work in such a way that all the air that hits the chords will be converted into sound.  In pop fashion, the vocal muscles push the air during the sound.  As a result, we have a simultaneous release of air and sound in almost equal proportions.

 Classical singing is standards that have been established for centuries.  They do not allow such sound effects as sip, wheezing, porches, slides, intonation overstatements and sharp register transitions.
